I am a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003, trained in numerous modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Post Natal, Medical, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy and Infant Massage. Early in my practice I understood that for the body to heal, there needs to be a simultaneous emphasis on healing the mind, heart, and soul. I took a break from massage therapy to focus on my studies, deepen my knowledge and find my own healing in these realms. I’ve listened, read, studied, ‘workshopped’, journaled and meditated.
